thanks very much for your work. the only small little
issue with the XSL stylesheets still present in 1.70.1
I have encountered is about equations without title,
see:

where I have posted more information some days ago. if
I interprete DocBook5.0-TDG-0.0.15 correctly

an optional rather than required title).'

,and since the published date of the page about
equations there is more recent than the TDG-2.0.14
page about equations, I'm in confidence that finally
equations without titles will stay with us, so one
could as well fix the treatment when they coexist with
equations with titles in the same document.
