How to put a picture after the title?

hello
i have an article and i want to insert a picure after the title(in the next row center)but i cant because i dont get the picture as an output i can put it somewhere as an inlinemediaobject but that doesnt look good i want the next row after the title and insert it there i can put it in releasinfo and as an inlinemediaobject but with nothing else than it looks how it should be!
