Subject: Re: [docbook-apps] Role attribute in mediaobject/imageobject not working for SVG


When I test with fop using your example informalfigure and that parameter, 
I get something like this in my fo output:

<fo:external-graphic src="./Pictures/svg/test.svg"

Can you peek inside your fo output to see if you are getting that?  If so, 
then the stylesheet is working, and something is up with the svg file and 
fop.

If you don't see that, then something else is going wrong and you'll have 
to describe your processing environment in more detail.
