Hi Lionel, Could you provide a short complete DocBook example that illustrates the problem? Also, can you describe what processor you are using? Regarding lang and xml:lang attributes, those are universal attributes available on all elements in XHTML 1.0 Transitional. Those should not be flagged by the XHTML validator.
