docbook-apps message

Subject: section numbering

Hi!
 
I came up with a problem when numbering sections (toc). Instead of "1.1.1." I'd like to use "1.1.1" (without last dot).  Is there a parameter that can be set or where can I change this? Thanks in advance :-)
