Hi, Marshall,

Change fop.extensions to fop1.extensions.

Off the top of my head, I don't recall any other changes that you would need 
to make.

I'm using DocBook 4.51 and docbook-xsl-1.71.1 with one of my clients, and 
the combination of the three works fine.
