strange behavior htmlhelp and context ID

Hello everybody!

 

I’m creating a html help. Currently I’m using the dbhh processing instruction for the context ID’s.

 

The strange thing is, when I have a single processing instruction, the chm file is not compiled correctly.

I have to add another contect ID somewhere else, now the chm file is compiled correct.

 

Does anyone have an explanation for that?
