AW: [docbook-apps] table heading seperated from table body

Well then, the header row is seperated from the table body in fo output (and
FOP 0.93)
Is this a know problem? (Or is my question too stupid)
Do I need a new Formatting Objects processor?

I usually call it the "header row."
