Yes, one other Luca: make sure you use use template/titlepage.xsl as
your stylesheet, not fo/titlepage.xsl.

xsltproc --output mytitlepage.xsl \
/usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/nwalsh/template/titlepage.xsl \
/usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/nwalsh/fo/titlepage.templates.xml
