We've finally decided not to change the existing tip.svg (the light
bulb) nor the existing note.svg (the notepad + pencil) and provide
only the 1st three admonitions:

www.neodoc.biz/admonitions/caution.svg
www.neodoc.biz/admonitions/warning.svg
www.neodoc.biz/admonitions/important.svg

We took this decision because we think the existing tip and note
admonitions are fine as they are in SVG. We still keep a different
version of the tip.svg (the white circle with the inverted !
resembling an 'i', like the current tip.png has) in case it's needed.
We finally didn't produce a note.svg version following the style of
the aforementionned 3 admonitions.

They have the FDL license comment attached.
