Hi Craig,
The DTD for XML catalogs is available in the following HTML file, from which 
you can cut and paste the DTD text:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/14809/xml-catalogs.html#a.dtd

Then you should be able to validate your XML catalog file.  Of course, valid 
doesn't mean it will work. 8^)
