You have to extract each page of PDF document into separate file and
then include page by page. Of course you don't have to do this manually.
You can specify special role to mediaobject with PDF document to embed
and then use some library like itext to extract pages into individual
pages and at the same time to repleace original mediaobject with several
mediaobjects pointing to separe pages.
