Hi Scott, I suspect your 'header.content' template uses mode="title.markup" to populate that spot, and there doesn't seem to be a template in that mode for <toc>. Add something like this: <xsl:template match="toc" mode="title.markup"> <xsl:call-template name="gentext"> <xsl:with-param name="key">TableofContents</xsl:with-param> </xsl:call-template> </xsl:template> I would consider this a bug, so could you please file a bug report on SourceForge for this?
