RelaxNG, because it's easy to work with and powerful.

nxml-mode in GNU Emacs, because I'm an Emacs user anyway.
(I used to use XXE - XMLMind XML Editor - as well, which is unfortunately
not free software.)

xmllint, because it's fast and just works for me.
