Hello,

The stylesheets for HTML output and XHTML output are not valid:

java -cp ..\..\..\lib\saxon.jar com.icl.saxon.StyleSheet -o sample.html
sample.xml html\docbook.xsl

Error at xsl:call-template on line 57 of verbatim.xsl:
   No template exists named apply-highlighting
Error at xsl:call-template on line 76 of verbatim.xsl:
   No template exists named apply-highlighting
Transformation failed: Failed to compile stylesheet. 2 errors detected.

Other stylesheets like the one for XSL-FO output are OK. Release 1.74.1
did not have this problem.
