<link linkend="release.notes">list</link> which is in a para. Target is <simplelist xml:id="release.notes"> HTML shows the link OK. Nothing showing (XEP reports [warning] unresolved internal destination: 'release.notes' Bug, or do I need a 'formal' block as the target please?
