Hmm. Solved it myself. Problem was the Ant Home for Eclipse Ganymede verion
was org.apache.net 1.7.0 and on Rad7 it was org.apache.net 1.6.5. Not too
sure why it would cause a problem but it did, I fixed and build is running

error when running Eclipse to do docbook build. I can run this build file
fine from IBMs Rad7 but cannot run it on Eclipse (they should be similiar
and I have them running from the JRE.
Any thoughts as to why I am having this error?.
