Thank you for providing this. One refinement: ePub requires that the
mimetype file be the first archive in the ZIP and uncompressed, so
your invocation of zip -r ./ should be broken into two phases:

zip -q0X [zipfile] mimetype
zip -qXr9D [zipfile] ./
