Subject: adding the word "Notes" in an HTML footnote section-- how?
Hi, there, I want to create endnotes in epub output. My understanding is that to do this for XHTML/epub output, you simply use the footnote element, and that all the footnotes will appear as endnotes at the end of the chunked component. I got that. I noticed that in the output there is a BR and HR tag separating the chapter from the footnotes. That is expected, but I would also expect there to be some NOTES title of some sort immediately after the HR. if not, I'd like to add that. I checked xhtml/footnote.xsl and I don't see any reference to an HR tag. I'd like to add this HTML fragment (maybe h3 Notes /h3 ) where the HR tag is added. How would you do that?
