Hi, Eric.

I remember a frustrating time with Xerces classes when I was setting
up the indexer. I had to put copies of xercesImpl.jar and xml-apis.jar
in the jre/lib/endorsed directory of my JVM.

I'm not sure that yours are the errors I was seeing but you might try it.
