Hi Bob,

I've added the above template to my customization layer and I'm
getting something like this in my XHTML output:

<div>
  <a href="../mcs_themes/theme_border_prop.html#border-color" class="olink"></a>
  <a id="id8856773342938128" class="indexterm"></a>
  border-color
</div>

and the link does not work.

BTW. I use DocBook XSL version 1.75.1.
