Indeed, the "ns" stylesheets are generated from the non-namespaced stylesheets using a 
script to add the namespace prefixes.  That keeps the two sets precisely in sync, but 
leads to oddities like this.  I'll look at the build process and try to turn off 
generating the slides directory for the ns distribution.
