Incorrect Links on http://docbook.sourceforge.net/

Hello,

Not sure if that is the right place to report this but http://docbook.sourceforge.net/ links to the wrong wiki side for the IRC. 

http://wiki.docbook.org/topic/DocBookIrcChannel is used instead of http://wiki.docbook.org/DocBookIrcChannel

The same is true for docbook-apps mailing list and docbook mailing list
