Filtering out sections

Hello,

I have DocBook source with I want to re-use in different environments. 

For example I have an web tutorial for Java Debugging which is an Article and which following the structure:

<section> 

<title> Debugging</title>

<section> 

<title> Debugging</title>

</section>

</section>
