We should confirm that everybody (especially people who understand the current build process) is ok with the idea. I put it on there because I recall there was talk of moving to ant a while back. Ideally, I'd like to be able to do "mvn clean install" and have a release built with not other setup on the system. Then maybe install Jenkins on the snapshot machine and use it.
