GSoC 2012: Tip for all prospective GSoC students

Hi there,
If you're a GSoC student considering applying for DocBook, I would
encourage you to ask prospective mentors for feedback on your
proposals BEFORE the due date so you can incorporate the feedback. The
communication will also give us a better idea of who you are. You
could share a Google Doc with the prospective mentors. I think we can
also see the proposal (and you can still change it) in melange.
Anyway, the important thing is to get some feedback and talk to the
mentors before you submit it.
