Hi, thanks for the patch.

However patch can't be merged as is at least following changes has to be
made:

-- remove checks for Saxon, we are not checking ability for other less
usual numbering schemes so we should be consistent

-- use "uppercyrillic" instead "uppercyr" to have consistent naming
conventions (similarly for lower variant)

-- update documentation for all *.autolabel parameters to describe new
values

Having new patch with those changes improves chances to including it in
this release.
