Subject: Toc layout (FO) - margin, line spacing, section styles,

I'm trying to sort out some formatting customization for a Table of Contents.  There are a handful of things that I need to do but can't work out how.  This is for PDF/FO.

- Left margin.

The ToC has a wider left margin than the main pages of the document.  I'd like to adjust it so it is the same.  This applies to its title as well as the ToC lines.  Can someone advise how to go about doing this.

- Line spacing.

At the moment the lines are single-spaced, like normal text.  I'd like to increase the spacing slightly. Can someone advise how to go about doing this.

- Different font style for different section levels.

At the moment all the lines in the ToC have the same formatting, ie font size/style, whatever section level they refer to.  I'd like to change this so that different section levels have different formatting. Can someone advise how to go about doing this.

- Section numbers always get a dot.

All the sections are getting a dot inserted after the section number (eg "2. Description"), which I would like to remove (ie. "2 Description").  I presume this is due to a gentext entry.  Can anyone advise whether this is so and if so which one (and if not, then how).

- ToC line element spacing.

At the moment each ToC line appears to be formatted as a single string.  This means that when the section numbers go from one digit to two the section title positions are moved further to the right, to fit the extra digit.  I'd like to lay them out spaced such that the titles all line up.  I think this would require each line to be a table, rather than just a string.  Can anyone advise whether this would be the way to achieve this, or is there some other spacing artifact I can use to get the titles to line up.

Regards,

Richard.
