That's a good question.  You can use address/uri in a biblioentry, and it will be treated as an inline in that context.

Why is <uri> not permitted in bibliography inlines? I'm using DB 5.0 and it would be consistent if I could use <uri> throughout a document. I'm needing to use <link> in a bibliography instead.
