regression between xslTNG 1.7.11 and 1.8.0 and later versions

Hi,

I tested all versions of xslTNG from 1.3 to the latest 1.11.1 versions

From version 1.8.0, I cannot build my html any more.

It's a English/Chinese Pinyin/Chinese Hanzi document

I got this error:
