Agreed. We'll need to make sure the schema is documented anyways, and if 
we can extract those comments as part of the documentation, then it will 
make it easier to keep the docs up to date.

Other than the intro for the doc, we need to package the schema up, and 
then submit to the TC for review. The next TC meeting is next Wed, but I 
will not be able to participate. Do we think we can get these components 
ready, reviewed on the list and submitted before then?
