5. Review of open action items
a. generate DTD version of schema [Scott/Norm]
b. update documentation within the schema [Scott] 

6. Proposed Roadmap
a. Identify elements that should be part of Core DocBook
b. Identify potential "modules" for elements currently part of DocBook but belonging to a particular domain.
c. Recommend Core DocBook and proposed modules to DocBook TC
d. Identify general publishing needs not currently met by DocBook
e. Identify additional specific domains within publishing industry that may need specific modules.
f. develop RFEs from identified needs
g. develop DocBook v5.0 schema enhancements from RFEs
h. submit schema enhancements for approval to DocBook TC

7. Review Publishers Spec comment: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/docbook-comment/200908/msg00000.html 

8. Discuss whether providing DTD is feasible given the delay and build issues. Suggest approving without providing DTD, and add later when DTD or XSD become available.

9. Discuss updating Dublin Core model with more current version.

[Nic Gibson] has generated a 90% working DTD. Dublin Core issue comes up as an error (unreferenced external entity). Also a blank group being set up that should have the toc element.
Norm discovered an issue with Dublin Core RNC. 
ACTION: Scott to follow up and have Norm check in his changes.

Group agrees that RelaxNG is the canonical format. We will not hold up approval of the specification for DTD/XSD formats, but will provide them when feasible (build issues corrected).

9. Discuss updating Dublin Core model with more current version.
Treat as a bug fix and update spec to use http://dublincore.org/documents/2008/01/14/dcmi-terms/

Resolved to provide a mapping document or Best Practices whitepaper on using the existing info elements. No change to the spec needed. Post to wiki?

Should linegroup be allowed to explicitly nest? Example: Pygmalion

ACTION: Nic to test whether linegroups can nest. Will follow up on the list.

ACTION: Nic to submit enhancement request for allowing poetry in epigraphs to sourceforge tracker.

ACTION: Scott to follow up with Keith Fahlgren on continuing as Secretary.
