xsl stylesheets, elements new in publishers?

Finally (via svn) have a full schema for publishers.
Has this not been collated into a single download?

Browsing via svn on sourceforge, I'm unable to find
any xslt targeted at publishers, html or fo.
  Has anyone done any work on this as yet?
