The Board typically meets every other Monday via teleconference and
approximately once per quarter face-to-face.

Our next conference call is scheduled for Tuesday 30 May (because of the
holiday).

If you should wish to recommend something for the agenda, please send it to
me and to Bill Smith (at bill.smith@sun.com).
