DocBook TC telcon rescheduled

Following our email discussion, there were no objections to changing
the day or time. Therefore, I propose that:

The next DocBook TC telcon will be at 05:00p EDT (02:00p PDT,
21:00GMT, 22:00BST, 23:00CEST, 06:00JST+, 02:30a India+) on Wednesday,
30 Jul 2003.

Note the change of *day* and *time*. If that's a problem, please let
me know. I believe there was universal support for Tuesday 29 July at
the current time. The move to Wednesday was a consequence of changing
the time for which there was no objection and some support for moving
from Tuesdays to Wednesdays.

We can discuss the schedule for subsequent meetings at the next
meeting.
