Moving DocBook to OASIS Standard: certification by member orgs

One of the deliverables for the standardization process is:

  Certification by at least three OASIS member organizations that they
  are successfully using the specification

I assert that Sun is successfully using the specification.

Can I have two other volunteers please :-) Note: this must come from
member organizations: PTC, IBM, HP, Debian, Flatirons Solutions, etc.,
not from Individual members.
