Subject: RE: [docbook-tc] IPR Transition Deadline rapidly approaching

Hi everyone,

Yes, all members have now signed the new membership agreement. All the TC
needs to do is hold a transition request ballot - basically asking TCAdmin to
conduct a Transition Approval Ballot to [mode here] IPR Mode. You can do it on a
call (just send me the link to the meeting minutes) or you can set up a web
ballot if quorum is in jeopardy.

The rest of the process falls on my shoulders so the TC won't need to worry
about. I do suggest that each member that holds voting rights in the TC check
with their organization's primary voting representative (unless they're an
individual) to verify that they are okay with the IPR mode chosen.

Regards,

Mary
