A few other ideas for CALS changes have crossed my desk.

I wonder if we should encourage OASIS to spin up a TC to revisit CALS
and the incorporate that, revised version into DocBook.

We can decide to make changes to our table model, of course, but it
won't be CALS anymore. Which we might or might not care about, I
suppose.
