Subject: RE: GSoC and the DocBook TC

I will be setting up a Virtual Room using HP Virtual Rooms. There are downloads for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X here:

I will send out the information for connecting to the room before the meeting (once we determine when it will be held).

Hi Stefan,

Great news. This would be a somewhat enhanced conference call. Larry Rowland would be setting up the logistics, so maybe he can tell us what the details would be.

There is no need for a specific format for the report, but it would be great if you could address the following points:

1) Give a brief overview of the project, including major accomplishments
2) Let people know where they can find the code
3) Provide a little background on the student and mentor (who they are, where they go to school/work, etc.)
4) Be ready to answer questions.

Also, it would be great if we could get some information about the mentor summit, since that will have happened by then.

Regarding the dates, once we hear from the other mentors and students, we can decide whether we should do this in one day or across a couple of meetings.

Could each of you speak with your student(s) and see if they might be available for one of the next two meetings (Nov. 14, 6pm GMT (1pm EST) or Dec 19, same time)? Let me know and I'll coordinate with the TC members to set things up.
