Thanks for volunteering.

Regarding the website, in about a week, if I get a few more interested people saying they can participate, I'll update http://docbook.xmlpress.net for 2015.

Anyone is welcome to look at that site now. It has all of the information from our 2013 application, so you can browse around and get a sense of what GSOC is all about.
