regrets for June 24 meeting

Hi Norm,
I'm not going to be able to attend the June 24 DocBook TC meeting.  I'll 
also not be in a place where I can send out the agenda, so I'll have to 
ask you to send it out.  I usually send it out the Monday before the 
Wednesday meeting.

If it helps, I grant you my proxy vote for approval of DocBook 5.1
