TC Admin will now publish the COS and announce the 60 day public review in preparation for the membership vote. TC Admin JIRA ticket https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-2401 has been opened to manage this work.
An approximate timeline for the next steps is:
- Publish COS - 7/29
- Announce 60 day public review - 7/30
- End public review - 9/28
- Start membership ballot - 9/30
- End ballot and announce results - 10/14
- Publish OS - 10/21

Approving this ballot will result in a 60-day public review after which, if no comments are received, the COS will be submitted to a membership-wide ballot.
