Open action items for 10 APR 2019

Here are the open action items for the 10 APR 2019 meeting:

1. ALL: review info element proposals and provide any feedback to Bob. Bob submitted samples to list 11FEB2019.
2. BOB: follow up with the submitter of Issue #111 to see if generic info would work.
3. ALL: review with someone familiar with various programming languages to see if this provides enough detail to map to various languages
4. LARRY:  create an integrated proposal for legalsection, all to review before next meeting for approval.  
5. OASIS has gone through a re-branding effort, which will impact future deliverables. Rework templates?
