In the comments Norm suggests this might be a mistaken omission, andScott agrees.Â I also agree. https://github.com/docbook/docbook/issues/149.

I move that we accept adding legalsection to topic.Â Scott can second itand vote, and other voting members please vote.Â I vote yes.
