DOCBOOK: looking for Framemaker -> SGML DocBook DTD (and DkBk -> Fmk) free tools

I'm looking for tools which builds up bridges between Framemaker and
DocBook:

Framemaker -> SGML DocBook DTD tools & DSSL stylesheets
and 
DocBook SGML DTD & DSSL stylesheets -> Framemaker
