The Cygnus tools have the jadetex.dtx file. Try "locate jadetex.dtx"
and you should get
/usr/doc/jade-1.2.1/dsssl/jadetex.dtx
I maintain the tools, and will switch to OpenJade with the next
release of the jade pacakge.
