DOCBOOK: Digest form? List Split?

Two questions:

1.  Is there a digest form of this list (I couldn't find that information 
on the Oasis Web site)?

2.  What happened to the plan to split this list into pure DocBook DTD type 
queries and the more technical (Jade, TeX, et al)?
