Thanks for the update!  I'm wondering why it doesn't process the
characters of ucharacters.sty correctly?  For "8230" (= &hellip;) it
displays "2026" instead of applying "\ldots".  Is it necessary to set a
special option?

With jadetex 2.7 it works.
