DOCBOOK: email

I've been working on some xfree stuff,
and regularly wanted to id someone simply
as author by name and email address.

AFAIK, docbook only permits email address if
I include address (snail mail address).

is this a tad too ancient?
name, email, I would venture to suggest, 
is fine for a web based world.

Request please, email be added in author
such that name, email is a total for <author>
