DOCBOOK: Modifying parameters in the DocBook stylesheets

Hi,

I need to change a bunch of parameters associated with stylesheets, like
white space at the top and bottome and left and right of each page.

I have found how to create my own driver file to modify the DSSSL
style-sheets, and can vaguely remember my list (although I haven't seen any
car and cdr's yet).

However, my big question is how do I invoke the changes? Do I have to put
the driver in some special place, or provide some flag to db2pdf or what?
